The main challenge was to design the villa with a lobby, reception, and working space that would be functional, inviting and aesthetically pleasing. The design concept for the lobby is a modern and minimal style with a color palette inspired by the ocean. The reception desk is a minimalist shape covered in white marble with chamfered edges to make the counter feel soft and welcoming. The Zenna logo is prominently displayed on the back of the counter, making the branding easy to remember. The reception desk is set against a wood panel background, creating a stunning contrast. To keep the ceiling high, it was decided to open it up, exposing the power and AC lines, which adds a modern and industrial touch to the space.
Comfortable armchairs with light green velvet fabric and a blue carpet were chosen for the lobby to create a relaxing and inviting space. The coffee area is located next to the lobby, allowing customers to enjoy a cup of coffee while they wait for their service. Behind the reception desk is the working space for Zenna's staff, which was designed to be simple but not boring. The general director's office is a glass room, and all staff members work at a long table with boards on the wall, adorned with posters to make the space attractive.

The modern and minimalist design of the lobby area, coupled with the ocean-inspired color scheme and comfortable seating, create an inviting and welcoming atmosphere that is sure to make guests feel at home.
