To balance the navy blue, we paired it with solid dark brown wood pieces of furniture elements. The use of dark brown wood adds warmth and richness to the space, creating a sense of history and tradition. The combination of these colors also creates a timeless and classic aesthetic that is both stylish and functional.
Overall, the concept design for this apartment is centered around the preservation of history and culture, while also creating a comfortable and visually appealing space for renters. The use of navy blue and solid dark brown wood adds strength and elegance to the space, creating a sophisticated atmosphere that is sure to impress.
At the entrance door of the apartment, we designed a counter bar with wooden stools and Edison-style lighting to create a cozy and romantic atmosphere. This space is perfect for entertaining guests or enjoying a quick meal. To add a touch of ethnicity and culture, we used textured cement tiles for the flooring. The textured cement tiles used for the flooring add a unique and interesting touch to the space. The tiles provide depth and texture, creating a focal point for the room. The use of textured tiles also adds a sense of history and culture to the space, creating an inviting atmosphere that is both welcoming and inspiring.
Overall, the entrance bar is a perfect example of how small details can make a big impact on the overall design of a space. The combination of the wooden stools, Edison-style lighting, and textured cement tiles create a cozy and romantic atmosphere that is sure to impress guests and make a lasting impression.
The location of this apartment in downtown Saigon is ideal, with a rich history that the client wants to preserve and showcase through the design. To achieve this, we chose an ethnic and cultural concept that emphasizes the historical value of the space.
To create a strong and impressive feeling when entering the apartment, we chose navy blue as the main color. Navy blue is a bold and sophisticated color that represents power and elegance, perfect for creating a striking first impression.
