The Hokkaido Baked Cheese Tart franchise location at AEON Mall in Binh Tan District poses a challenge due to its high ceiling and large space. Our objective is to make the space reflect the brand's performance. We have decided to create a counter bar at the center of the store, which will attract customers as soon as they enter. To provide a strong contrast with the brand's yellow color, we will use black glossy tiles as the background.
On both sides of the counter, we will create a seating area with bench chairs to accommodate customers. To bring a modern, high-end vibe without appearing too fancy, we will use contrasting materials, such as concrete walls with gold pendants. We will also create a green wall with the brand's slogan and neon sign to encourage customers to check in on social media.
