The mix of modern and ethnic elements in this apartment creates a unique and inviting space for renters. The textured cement tiles on the floor provide a durable and low-maintenance option while still adding to the overall design aesthetic. Overall, this apartment offers renters a comfortable and stylish living space with a blend of modern and ethnic design elements that reflect the history and culture of downtown Saigon.
The balcony with its amazing view is a real asset to the apartment, the overview is downtown Saigon and it provides a great opportunity for the occupants to enjoy the bustling city life. To enhance this experience, we added some modern elements to the balcony design.
To make the balcony more comfortable, we added a seating area with wood and metal chairs. The furniture has been carefully selected to complement the overall design of the apartment and to provide a cozy spot for relaxation. We also installed a small table for placing drinks and snacks while enjoying the view.
In the living room, we kept the original brick wall and added a modern twist with typography that spells out inspirational quotes. This feature not only adds a contemporary touch to the space, but it also provides a source of motivation for the occupants.
The kitchen has been designed with a concrete counter bar that has a solid light wood finish. This creates an ethnic feel while also providing a modern look. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances to ensure the occupants can cook and enjoy their meals comfortably.
In summary, this apartment has been designed with a perfect balance of modern and ethnic elements.
