HOKKAIDO BAKED CHEESE TART
NGUYEN THAI HOC STREET, DISTRICT 1, HO CHI MINH, VIETNAM.
This is the Hokkaido Baked Cheese Tart franchise location in Nguyen Thai Hoc, District 1. The original layout of the space was a house residence, so we had to re-design it for commercial purposes. Our goal was to create an impressive facade that would stand out on the crowded street, so we opted for a black background with a yellow sign to create a bold and eye-catching image.
Once inside, we knew we needed a larger counter to accommodate the baking machine and showcase the baked cheese tarts. We kept the design consistent with the brand's identity, using black marble for the counter and a gold mirror on the background opposite the counter to reflect and enhance the tarts' golden-brown hue.

To highlight the high ceilings of the space and add a touch of luxury, we installed gold pendant lights that shine a spotlight on the tarts, making them the center of attention. With this design, we aimed to create an atmosphere that was both visually stunning and functional, providing a perfect environment for customers to indulge in the delicious treats Hokkaido Baked Cheese Tart is known for.
