This is the Hokkaido Baked Cheese Tart franchise location at Phan Xich Long street, district Phu Nhuan, Ho Chi Minh city. To make the most of the layout, we decided to create a green wall with a bench for customers to wait and check-in. It creates a calming atmosphere and adds a touch of nature to the space.
The counter bar is located in the back of the store, designed with glossy black tiles to give the space a strong and impressive feel. It features a showcase of baked cheese tarts and a functional area for baking machines, making it easier for staff to work efficiently.

The stairway is used to showcase the identity of the brand with typography, providing a visual connection between the two levels of the store. This element also adds an artistic touch to the store, making it a memorable and unique experience for customers.
